Introducing / referral agent

Introduce a buyer. Keep the relationship. Get credited.

If you already have the trust of international buyers — as a relocation adviser, an overseas agent, a community figure or simply someone people ask — you can introduce them to us and be credited when an introduction leads to a completed purchase.

About this role

What the role is

You introduce a foreign buyer to Suwanvara Property. We take it from there: availability, viewings, negotiation and coordination through to transfer, with any legal work handled separately by Suwanvara Law Firm under its own engagement.

You are given your own tracked referral link (an /r/ code). Buyers who arrive through it are attributed to you automatically, so a genuine introduction is recorded without paperwork on your side.

What we expect

These are the qualities we look for when we review an application — not a checklist you must already meet in full.

  • Real introductions — buyers you actually know or reach, not scraped lists or paid traffic passed off as referrals.
  • Accurate, honest framing of what we do. Never describe listings as legally verified or returns as guaranteed.
  • Respect for the buyer's choice: they remain free to appoint their own lawyer and to walk away at any time.
  • A licence or registration where your market requires one — tell us what you hold; we do not require a specific one to apply.

What you get

  • Your own tracked /r/ link and simple visibility of introductions credited to you.
  • English-speaking coordination for your buyer from first enquiry to ownership transfer.
