Service partner

Serve buyers after the keys change hands.

Buying is one step; settling in is another. If you provide a service our international buyers need — relocation, interior design and fit-out, mortgage introduction, property management and the like — you can apply to be a service partner we can point them to.

About this role

What the role is

You provide your own service directly to the buyer, under your own terms. Where it is genuinely useful, we may introduce buyers to you — always as an independent provider, never as part of our brokerage or legal service.

We keep this list short and relevant. A service partner is someone we would be comfortable pointing a buyer towards, not an open directory.

What we expect

These are the qualities we look for when we review an application — not a checklist you must already meet in full.

  • A real, established service you deliver yourself, to a standard we can point buyers to.
  • Fair, transparent pricing and honest scope — no bait pricing or hidden terms.
  • Any licence or registration your service requires, stated accurately.
  • Independence: you contract with the buyer directly; we make no promises on your behalf.

What you get

  • Relevant introductions to international buyers at the moment they need your service.
  • Association with a specialist that keeps its recommendations short and credible.
  • Presentation in English, Thai and Chinese where useful.
  • A simple, honest relationship with no exclusivity demanded of you.
