If you hold or can source residential inventory that suits international buyers, you can propose a cooperating arrangement — the way listings, enquiries and viewings may be coordinated with DDCondo. We are selective, and we agree terms in writing before anything is shared publicly.

About this role

What the role is

You co-list or source residences that we present to international buyers under Suwanvara Property, with commercial terms agreed between us. The company responsible for each listing is always identified on the listing itself — cooperation never means anonymous or unverified uploads.

We do not compete on listing volume. We present a curated set for foreign buyers, so we cooperate with brokers whose inventory and conduct fit that positioning.

What we expect

These are the qualities we look for when we review an application — not a checklist you must already meet in full.

  • Genuine access to the inventory you propose — not third-hand listings you cannot stand behind.
  • Accurate facts: price, availability, foreign-quota position, fees and transfer terms, confirmed before a buyer is asked to commit.
  • A licence or registration appropriate to your market, stated accurately.
  • No misleading claims — never 'legally verified' listings or 'guaranteed' returns.
