Curtains and blinds, a fridge and a washing machine, a television, furniture, air-conditioning, built-in carpentry, lighting, a clean before handover, a repair afterwards. We keep a short list of independent suppliers and introduce you to the ones that cover your building. The firm makes the introduction and coordinates; it does not carry out the work.

We are appointing them one at a time, and we publish only companies we have actually worked with — we would rather show you an empty list than a name we cannot stand behind. If your unit needs furnishing or a repair arranged in the meantime, write to us and we will make the introductions we can.

The firm introduces and coordinates; it does not furnish, install or repair anything itself, and it does not warrant a supplier's work, price, timeline or goods. Your contract for the work is with the supplier, on the supplier's terms.
This page publishes no rating, review, recommendation, price or delivery time. A listing means only that we know the supplier and are willing to introduce you. Compare quotations and agree scope, price and timing directly with the supplier before instructing them.
We act for the buyer — as your agent and as your lawyer — and we put your interests, your protection and transparency towards you first. If we receive any remuneration, brokerage commission or other benefit from a seller, a developer, another agent, or a supplier or service partner we introduce you to, we will tell you in advance and in clear terms, so that a conflict of interest is prevented and our independence in advising you on the law is preserved.
