Thailand Privilege is a membership programme, operated by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., that carries a long-stay privilege. We assist with preparing and submitting the membership application. We are not an authorised agent of the operator, and membership terms are set by the operator.

What Thailand Privilege is
Thailand Privilege — formerly marketed as Thailand Elite — is a membership programme operated by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., a state enterprise under the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Membership carries a long-stay privilege visa for the term of the tier, together with member services published by the operator.
It is a paid membership, not permanent residence and not citizenship. The tiers, membership fees, terms and included services are set and revised by the operator, and acceptance rests with the operator and the Immigration Bureau.
We assist with preparing and submitting the membership application and with the documents the operator requires. The membership fee is paid by you directly to the operator.

The programme publishes several membership tiers of differing term and fee. The examples below are drawn from the operator's published tiers at the date checked and are indicative only — confirm the current tiers, fees and terms with the operator or with us before relying on them.
Who it suits
- An applicant who prefers a membership route to a long stay rather than a work- or income-qualified visa
- An applicant who does not need to work in Thailand under the membership
- An applicant who can pay a one-time membership fee to the operator
Published tiers (indicative, operator-set)
- Shorter fixed-term memberships of five years
- Longer memberships of ten, fifteen or twenty years at correspondingly higher fees
- Higher tiers add published member privileges such as airport and concierge services
- Membership fees run from several hundred thousand baht to several million baht depending on the tier — confirm current figures with the operator
Documents typically required
- Passport valid for the application and copies of relevant pages
- A passport-style photograph as the operator specifies
- The operator's application form, completed
- Any background or eligibility declarations the operator requires
- Certified translations where the operator requires them
Government fees & disbursements
The membership fee is set by the operator and paid to the operator; it is separate from the firm's professional fee for assistance. Amounts are indicative at the date checked and change — confirm current figures with the operator.
